Refund Policy for Juli's Beauty Bar

At Juli's Beauty Bar, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your products, please read our refund and return policy below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
- Returns and refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
2. Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at julisbeautybar@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect product).
3. Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund using your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards or promotional products may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. You must return the original item and place a new order if you wish to receive a different product.
